Instead of warming up the whole room, these lamps shoot energy straight into the wood or the lacquer. It&amp;rsquo;s direct. It&amp;rsquo;s fast. And it just makes more sense.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The power behind the glow&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We don&amp;rsquo;t just throw a random bulb in there. We design these lamps to hit a very specific power target per centimeter. By packing that energy into a quartz tube, you get an immediate heat spike right on the surface.&#xA;What does that actually mean for you? It means your pieces spend way less time sitting in the drying tunnel. Plus, we use high-voltage setups so you can run longer tubes without needing massive, expensive wiring. It keeps things simple.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The gear that lasts&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Nobody wants to be climbing a ladder to replace a burnt-out bulb every other week. We use high-purity quartz glass so the tubes don&amp;rsquo;t crack when they heat up and cool down quickly. We also fill them with halogen gas to keep the filaments from giving up the ghost too early.&#xA;For most furniture work, I usually suggest our coated tubes. They&amp;rsquo;re tweaked to match the way wood stains and clear coats actually absorb heat. And when a tube finally does wear out? Just swap it using a standard R7s or SK15 connector. It&amp;rsquo;s a quick drop-in replacement. No headache.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The best part is the electric bill. You don&amp;rsquo;t have to spend an hour pre-heating a giant oven. You flip the switch, and you&amp;rsquo;ve got full power in seconds.&#xA;But, you have to be careful with the distance. If you mount the lamps too close to the furniture, you&amp;rsquo;re going to scorch the finish. You&amp;rsquo;ll want to play around with your conveyor speed and the height of the lamps until the balance feels right.&#xA;Oh, and don&amp;rsquo;t forget the ventilation. You&amp;rsquo;re evaporating a lot of solvents, and you don&amp;rsquo;t want those fumes hanging around your workspace. Get some good airflow going, and you&amp;rsquo;re set.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
